We were initially very pleased with this company, as they tested our materials on their machine and the results were great. However, our experience shifted once the machine arrived. It was delivered with a broken part (note: machine is not returnable). It took a significant amount of effort to secure a replacement which was not timely. Once the part arrived, they were unable to assist us with the installation, directing us to contact a third party instead. We also found their support lacking regarding setup tips, as they deferred to another company again. Unfortunately, the post-sale communication has been consistently brief and unhelpful.

We do want to clarify a few points. When you reported the regulator issue on 8/11, we shipped the replacement part next-day air the same day, at no cost. For installation guidance, we directed you to our manufacturer's technical support team, as they're able to provide detailed, component-level troubleshooting for parts like the regulator and coalescing air filter. Neither our company nor the manufacturer offers on-site installation visits — this is standard for equipment in this class, where setup is designed to be completed with phone or written support rather than a technician dispatch.
