Replacement Kit Includes: (2) round heating element, (4) 3/4" 3mil PTFE adhesive. Choose the replacement kit for the following models:
- W-350I
- W-500I
- W-650I
- W-750I
- W-900I
We recommend replacing the bottom PTFE adhesive strip (1/2" wide sticky backed-remove the liner) every time the element is replaced. Place the PTFE adhesive strip under the element on the base of sealer.

wrong size despite the description mentioning 20"

The W-Series I-Bar Replacement Kits are designed specifically for Sealer Sales W-Series sealers, and while the kit may reference a 20' seal length, compatibility can vary depending on the exact model of the sealer. When a sealer is not originally purchased from Sealer Sales, there can be differences in dimensions and components between manufacturers—even when the seal length appears to be the same.
Because of this, we typically recommend confirming the model number or contacting our team prior to purchasing parts so we can help verify compatibility.

Tape doesn't adhere very well and the heated wire comes off the bar after a few uses. I think it is just poor design of the shrink wrap machine. Very frustrating.
I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your machine. We'd be happy to send you additional tape if the adhesion isn't meeting your expectations.
Regarding the heating element, ensuring the eyelet is bent at a 40-degree angle before attaching it to the spring hook can help with proper installation. If you'd like, we can send you the instructions for reference.
